  • Personal Use Only: Content is for your personal education only. Sharing, selling, or re-distributing is strictly prohibited.
  • Β Account Integrity: Your subscription is for a single user. Multiple logins may lead to account suspension.
  • Β No Refund on Blocked Accounts: If your account is blocked due to a violation of terms (piracy, misbehavior, or account sharing), no refund will be provided.

3. User Conduct & Discipline 🀝

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, spamming, or abusive language in comments and forums. Such behavior will result in a permanent ban without a refund.

4. Payment & Refund Policy πŸ’°

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are strictly governed by our detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Policy A (With Demo): No refunds are provided for courses that offer 2-3 free demo lectures.
  • Policy B (Without Demo): For courses without demos, a refund can be requested within 48 hours, provided less than 10% of the content is accessed.
  • Final Decision: The company reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund requests based on the usage data of the user.

5. Instructor Agreement πŸ‘¨β€πŸ«

  • Content Ownership: Any content created for this platform is the exclusive property of the website. It cannot be shared on other platforms like YouTube, instagram, outer website, Facebook, etc.
  • Quality & Notice Period: Instructors must maintain quality standards and provide a 30-day notice before termination.
  • Penalty: Leaving a course unfinished without valid notice may result in a 40% to 60% penalty on the pending payout.

6. Conduct & Discipline 🚫

  • Zero Tolerance: Any harassment or spamming by users or instructors will result in a permanent ban.

7. Legal & General βš–οΈ

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
  • Arbitration: Disputes will be settled through mutual discussion or arbitration before legal action.
  • Severability: If one part of these terms is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
  • Jurisdiction: All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in City – Nagda, State – Madhya Pradesh.
