1. Refund Categories

Policy A: Courses with Demo Lectures

  • If a course or subject offers 2–3 free demo lectures, we encourage students to watch them before making a purchase.
  • Once a purchase is made for such a course, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.

Policy B: Courses without Demo Lectures

  • For courses that do not offer a demo, a refund can be requested within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Condition: The refund will only be processed if the student has accessed or viewed less than 10% of the course content.
  • If more than 10% is accessed, the refund request will be rejected.

2. Account Violations & Bans

  • If a student’s account is blocked or suspended due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (such as piracy, account sharing, abusive behavior, or unauthorized redistribution of content), no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment source.
